Located in the center of a sprawling, mostly blue collar community, Deltona Hills has become a real gem. Purchased and completely redone several years back, this is an excellent layout. There are no Mickey Mouse holes here. They did lose the greens last year during the cold weather, but rebounded nicely. The conditions are not as good as a few years back, but all things considered, they are not bad.

New Ownership 

There is a new head pro putting forth a good effort to increase play by locals with a number of enticing programs. But be aware that current ownership may override his good will - as he has in the past.
