Tour Area Courses - Ashton Reinecke

The Four Townes area encompasses Deland Real Estate, Debary Real Estate, Deltona Real Estate, Orange City Real Estate (as well as Lake Helen, Cassadaga and Deleon Springs). Within this area, there are six golf courses within 8 miles of the center of DeLand Florida.

It’s not difficult to find websites for each course with useful and readily available information. The problem is, much of what you will find will reflect a hidden agenda, or provide a distorted picture from the perspective of the club itself.

Maybe you’re headed this way for a visit, thinking of moving here and love golf. You go to the internet and pick what you think will be a fun place to play. You reserve your tee time by credit card and show up full of excitement and expectation…only to find that the greens are horrible.

Maybe you have played and loved the course, had a wonderful meal in the clubhouse and want to look into membership and real estate opportunities. You’ve driven around, the homes are lovely, the grounds, well manicured. You really like what you’re seeing. Wouldn’t it be nice to know that the owner/developer is in financial trouble, or the club is in foreclosure before you make a regrettable commitment?
